    Cancellation Policy: We know that plans can change unexpectedly when travelling in this part of the world. So we are as flexible as we can be with changes.

    For bookings made over the phone or email directly with us:

    As long as you let us know that something has changed and you won't be joining us even up until the evening you are due to arrive no charge applies. But if you forget to let us know that you won't be joining us one nights charge can be taken.

    For bookings made online:

    Similarly as long as you let us know that something has changed then we will make a full refund minus 7.5% (which covers the commission fee paid paid by us when you make an online booking). However if you forget to let us know you won't be joining us then the first nights charge can be applied.
