Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation policy:

* A $30 Admin charge will be retained for each scheduled Group Day Tour cancellation.No refund will be given if cancelled within 24 Hours of Scheduled Day Tour Departure Date.

* If a Tour is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstance Offroad Dreaming reserve the right to try and amend or re-schedule your Tour - a refund is not automatically given.

* There are no refunds once travel has commenced or for any unused services.

* Failure to board constitutes No Refund. All Covid related cancellations eg border closures/ quarantine restriction changes will be fully refundable with no time restrictions or cancellation fee.
