Visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service Darwin Tourist Facility - Two Iconic Territory Stories in One Iconic Location. The Royal Flying Doctor Service, affectionately known throughout Australia as the RFDS. The Bombing of Darwin Harbour on 19th February 1942, brought destruction to the city of Darwin. See, experience & learn through the wonders of technology as this facility brings history to life

This exciting world-class facility features never seen before cutting edge technology – holograms, virtual reality and a projection window of the Japanese air attack on the harbour. Additionally, a decommissioned RFDS Pilatus PC 12 aircraft, completely aero medically equipped, will be accessible to the public as well as a life-sized replica Japanese Zero aircraft suspended from the ceiling.

Tour Tub operates Darwin's most comprehensive guided tours. Travel on a locally owned and operated tour with guides who love Darwin and want to show you what it has to offer. Darwin has lots of history and culture. The 5 hour experience takes in all of Darwin's major attractions.from WWII Oil Storage Tunnels, Museum and Art Gallery of NT, Darwin Military Museum, to the Qantas Hangar, Fannie Bay Gaol and Darwin Aviation Museum (and lunch at the Parap Markets on Saturday) with all entrance fees included. 

All day tours offer door to door service, full driver commentary and attraction entry fees.

Terms & conditions

Full payment of entire booking will apply where any dates of stay are cancelled, a property change made or date amendments made within 14 days of arrival.

Customers may purchase a ticket and it will remain valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

A fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations within 7 days. Cancellation within 48 hours is 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or no show will incur a 100% charge.

Cancellations after booking confirmation for non Territory Voucher bookings will attract a 12.5% administration fee.
TERRITORY VOUCHER PROMOTION: The Territory voucher is not refundable, transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
AMENDMENTS: An amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of bookings made using the Territory Tourism Voucher will incur a 10% administration fee calculated on the total booking cost. Operator cancellation fees are in addition to Tourism Top End's cancellation fee.
INSURANCE: Customers may wish to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and amendment fees.
CREDIT CARD FEES: Credit card fees are not refundable.
REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 14 days, however, in some circumstances, it may take longer.
