Our Shaw + Smith 5-Course Wine & Dine Experience is back by popular demand!
Catering for both vegans and non-vegans, join us on Friday or Saturday and explore the range of wines through a unique self-guided wine experience. Hear directly from the wine maker through a series of short videos as he explains the tasting notes and story behind this iconic Adelaide winery.
Wine + Dine Experience runs from 7pm – 10pm and is completely at leisure
(each booking is sat privately together)
COURSE 1
Pepperberry loaf with macadamia oil and native spiced dukkah
Wine: Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc
COURSE 2
Seared scallops with truffle pea puree and chorizo crumble
Wine: Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay
COURSE 3
Pan fried Local tandoori Jew fish with lemon myrtle beetroot relish and yoghurt vinaigrette
Wine: Shaw + Smith Pinot Noir
COURSE 4
Slow braised bush spiced beef cheek – sweet potato puree, roasted baby carrot, herb salad and red wine jus
Wine: Shaw + Smith Shiraz
COURSE 5
Coconut panna cotta, pineapple and mint compote, topped with toasted wattle seed and coconut
Wine: Moscato

Fried cauliflower with cashew cream, wattle seed grilled corn, pickled onion (VE, V)
Wine: Shaw + Smith Shiraz
COURSE 5
Chai poached pears with pistachio crumb and lemon and desert lime ripple gelato (GF, VE, V)
Wine: Moscato
