We generally depart from Dinah Beach boat ramp. All you need to do is get yourself to and from the ramp. A taxi from the CBD is around $10.
1. No bookings are confirmed unless a 10% deposit has been paid.
2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the booking date.
3. Cancellations within 30 days of departure will forfeit 25% of the total booking cost.
4. Cancellations within 2 to 7 days of departure will forfeit 50% of the total booking cost.
5. No refund will apply to cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
6. Offshore Boats will refund the full amount if we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. If you must cancel your charter due to COVID hotspots or border closures we will provide a full refund.
We are very understanding regarding COVID cancellations. However we do ofcourse appreciate it if you can provide us with as much notice as possible.
