Carole has been a leader in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She is a qualified Les Mills ‘Body Balance’ instructor. Carole’s holistic Balance for Life programme focuses on Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga, along with fitness walks, Laughter Yoga, relaxation and meditation sessions. Balance for Life builds strength and flexibility to bring the body into a state of harmony and balance, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Balance for Life offers a number of different packages.
