CANCELLATION POLICY
•If you cancel your booking with Arnhem Land Coastal Camp the following cancellation fees will apply: –
•20% of booking fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to confirmed booking;
•100% of the booking fee if cancelled 30 days or less prior to confirmed booking;
•Guests are recommended to arrange personal travel insurance prior to trip.
•You agree that under this cancellation policy all cancellation charges payable by you will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making your booking or an amount equal to the full booking amount will be forfeited by Arnhem Land Coastal Camp.
•If you do not show up for your booking we will treat it as a cancellation.
•Tours and transfers arranged by Arnhem Land Coastal Camp with a third party on your behalf are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour or transfer operator.
•Due to their nature participation in tours and transfers may require a minimum level of fitness or physical capability. Any specific requirements will be notified to you at the time of booking. By booking a tour or transfer your warrant and represent that you satisfy any minimum requirements notified to you. If Arnhem Land Coastal Camp reasonably decides that you do not meet the minimum physical requirements Arnhem Land Coastal Camp may remove you from any tour or transfer at any time without providing a refund.
