Featuring 4 elegant tapas style dishes paired with matching unique gin cocktails, this event is an opportunity for end of the week indulgence with your special companion/s.
Throughout the event, our team will touch on the history of gin, talk you through the pairings, share the inspiration behind their creations and be on hand to discuss anything good, gin or food.
Course 1
Tanqueray 10 and lavender/sage infused dry vermouth
Paired with Dried apricot and sage wrapped in prosciutto
Course 2
Tanqueray London dry and rose tea Kombucha. A light and refreshing drink, sweet yet slightly acidic. Garnished with a rose hydrosol for aroma
Paired with Tea smoked salmon and cucumber
Course 3
Tanqueray sevilla, red berry infused/acid balanced sauvignon Blanc, lemon juice, soda. Garnished with dehydrated orange.
Paired with Beetroot and goats cheese crostini with thyme and orange
Course 4
Tanqueray Rangpur, blackberry, soda water. Garnished with blackberries.
Paired with Dark chocolate and blackberry tartlet
