After sell out shows across Australia, America and Europe in 2024 with the Yeah Nah Tour, Monty Franklin returns in 2025 with a brand new show, Is That Your Mate. Coming to over 70 cities in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia in his biggest tour yet.

Monty Franklin is an Australian born stand-up comedian and actor based in Los Angeles. He’s performed in over 40 US states, entertaining more than a million Americans.

Known for touring alongside comedy legends Rob Schneider, Joe Rogan and John Cleese, Monty has built a massive online following — his viral videos pointing out the ‘perils’ of being an Australian living in America have massed over 1 billion views.

He appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience and currently stars in Netflix’s Real Rob. He has also had roles on New Girl and Becoming Bond.

A regular performer at top venues like The Improv, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Store in Hollywood (where he became the first Australian comic honoured on their iconic wall), Monty continues to make waves in the global comedy scene.

Monty is currently set to star in his first feature film that he co-wrote with Rob Schneider and John Cleese, THE GREAT EMU WAR, filming in Australia in 2026. Also starring Schneider, Cleese, Rhys Darby and Jim Jefferies.
