PARK PASS

From 3 April 2023, visitors to the Northern Territory will need a park pass to visit most national parks and reserves. The pass can be purchased from HERE.

Customers can also book an NT parks pass over the phone.

NT Parks online booking system customer service number is 1300 281 121.
NT Parks phone line is open from 8:30am – 4:00pm Darwin time (ACST), 7 days a week. There is no physical address or place where they can purchase an NT parks pass face-to-face.

NT residents do not require a parks pass, when visiting the parks you may be requested to show proof of residency, such as a valid NT drivers licence.

Kakadu and Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Parks are managed by Parks Australia under the Australian Government, for entry requirements go to the Parks Australia website.
