This role provides administration support to Mayvin Global’s NT Manager and Managing Director. This work can be completed remotely or from the office of Mayvin Global’s NT Manager (Darwin), or from time to time a client’s office.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Excellent communication skills in all medium
- Ability to find errors, attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with clients and customers
- Willingness to learn
- Patience and ability to deal with mundane tasks
- Accountability and responsibility
- Ability to work unsupervised and take direction
- A working knowledge of the Mayvin Globals’ services, functions, locations and clients
- Experience in Tourism, the Arts or Business Events (desirable but not essential)
Additional information:
The hours required for this work will be dependent on the requirements of the NT Office. The work can predominantly be conducted during normal business hours or when required to complete the project. No work is required to be undertaken on weekends unless specifically requested.
