Payment is required in full at check in for the entire stay. A bond may be required to cover any incidental charges prior to check in. The bond will be refunded upon departure following an inspection of the room by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations funds will be returned to the credit card after departure and may take 5-10 days to become available. No cancellation fees prior to 7 days notice.

TOP END VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE:
AMENDMENTS: An amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations after booking confirmation will attract a 12.5% administration fee. Operator cancellation fees are in addition to the Top End Visitor Information Centre's cancellation fee.
INSURANCE: Customers may wish to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and amendment fees.
CREDIT CARD FEES: Credit card fees are not refundable.
REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 14 days, however, in some circumstances, it may take longer.
