All bookings cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival no cancellation fee applies. Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival one night's accommodation charged. In case of a no show, full accommodation will be charged.
TOP END VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE:
AMENDMENTS: An amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations after booking confirmation will attract a 12.5% administration fee. Operator cancellation fees are in addition to the Top End Visitor Information Centre's cancellation fee.
INSURANCE: Customers may wish to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and amendment fees.
CREDIT CARD FEES: Credit card fees are not refundable.
REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 14 days, however, in some circumstances, it may take longer.
