Description

Mimi Aboriginal Art and Craft is the only Katherine based, wholly Aboriginal owned and controlled art cooperative.

Mimi’s art styles include artists acrylic paint on canvas or linen, bark painting, fibre weaving, jewellery, didgeridoos, limited edition prints, carvings and weaponry.

Mimi represents all of the communities and family groups in the Katherine region which covers 380,000 square kilometers and spans from south of Lajamanu to north of Pine Creek and from the WA border to the Gulf of Carpentaria.
