In the event that a booking is cancelled the following charges apply.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing with an email as an acceptable form of communication directly to Top End Day Tours with the following conditions:
•Within 48 hours of the trip departure – 100% of the full price of the total price for the trip.
No refund is available after departure of a tour has commenced.
