Ticket Terms and Conditions
All tickets sold or issued are subject to the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice a copy may be obtained from liveperformance.com.au or from Box Office.
Tickets are valid only when purchased through AANT Centre, NTix or an authorised agent.
Tickets may not be on-sold at a premium (including via online auction sites) nor may they be used for advertising promotional or other commercial purposes. AANT Centre reserves the right to cancel any ticket sold or offered for resale in breach of this condition without notice and without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused entry into the event.
Refunds will be provided to ticketholders where an event is cancelled rescheduled or significantly relocated or where required by law. In the case of a reschedule or relocation AANT Centre reserves the right to implement a limited timeframe wherein refund requests will be honoured per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
A refund shall not be provided where a ticketholder is dissatisfied with an event refused entry or evicted from an event fails to attend the event or their ticket is lost or stolen without proof of purchase being provided.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and in the best interests of the safety of our patrons and staff we will provide a credit against a patron’s account upon receiving a medical certificate or government confirmation of a COVID positive status if you are unable to attend an event due to COVID-19 illness. Credit applies to the ticket value of the affected individual/s only. The credit will be applicable for use against any ticket purchase for 12 months from the date of issue.
The right is reserved to not replace lost or stolen tickets where seating is general admission. AANT Centre encourages tickets purchased in advance to be treated like cash.
Particulars of the performance may be changed without prior notice. AANT Centre reserves the right to vary substitute or withdraw advertised programs artists venue and seating arrangements as necessary.
Tickets and valid concession cards must be retained throughout the performance and venue management reserve the right to evict any person or persons not in possession of a valid ticket.
The right of admission is reserved by venue management. Any ticketholder that arrives after the scheduled commencement time of the event may not be allocated to their designated seat or area until there is a convenient break in the program if any.
Patrons who disrupt a performance or do not comply with the Conditions of Entry may be asked to leave the venue without refund of the ticket purchase.
Darwin Performing Arts Centre T/A AANT Centre – Conditions of Entry
The purpose of these Conditions of Entry is to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all individuals entering the Darwin Performing Arts Centre T/A AANT Centre (also referred to as ‘the Centre’ and ‘venue’), including audience members, artists, crew, contractors, and staff.
By accessing the venue and its premises, all persons agree to comply with the following terms:
General Conduct
1.All visitors must behave in a respectful and responsible manner. The Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals at its absolute discretion if conduct is deemed unlawful, disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these Conditions.
2.Individuals must follow all reasonable directions given by venue staff.
3.All children requiring supervision must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times and may be refused admission or attendance if not accompanied by a supervising adult.
Smoking & Vaping
1.Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Centre.
2.Patrons who fail to obey a direction from authorised person/s to cease smoking, may be immediately evicted from the Centre.
Security & Safety
1.CCTV surveillance operates throughout the facility for the safety of all patrons and staff.
2.Bags may be subject to inspection. Venue staff may request assistance from the owner in the inspection process.
3.Patrons are responsible for their own personal possessions and must not leave bags or possessions unattended at any time.
4.Strollers and prams will not be permitted entry into the Auditorium. Alternative areas to park prams and strollers will be provided on an event by event basis.
Food & Beverage
1.The Centre practices Responsible Service of Alcohol. Persons deemed intoxicated will be refused service and may be removed from the premises.
2.As the Centre is a licensed premises alcoholic beverages must not be taken from the Centre.
3.Food and beverage products purchased from any commercial outlets outside the Centre are not permitted.
Attire & Entry
1.Appropriate clothing and footwear are required at all times.
2.Motorcycle helmets must be removed prior to entry.
Unacceptable Behaviour
1.The venue reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is considered dangerous, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate.
2.If required, Police may be contacted to assist with the removal of individuals from the premises.
Media & Recordings
1.Photography, audio, and video recording may occur within the premises. The Centre retains the right to use any images or recordings for promotional and archival purposes.
Conditions of Entry are subject to change without notice, based on specific event requirements in the sole opinion of the Centre management, or as requested by artists or performers from time to time.
