* All flights are conducted under HM Air Standard Operating Procedures and Air Operators Certificate with real-time tracking and communication with the aircraft.

* At the pilot in commands discretion, routes and flight times may be changed due to weather or operational requirements.

* Quotes are valid for 30 days. If your quote is outside this period, HM Air reserves the right to vary the quoted price.

* Quotations include all standard operating costs associated with the flight, however additional costs may be incurred which have not been included such as diversions and remote refuelling costs.
Diversions due to weather or Air Traffic Control delays will be charged in addition to the quoted price at:
-$70 per 6 minutes of holding for single engine aircraft.
-$110 per 6 minutes of holding for twin engine aircraft.

Our aircraft are subject to maximum payload and volume restrictions. Passenger and luggage weights that exceed restrictions may not be eligible to travel.
Passenger names and weights are required prior to commencement of the flight.

* To confirm a booking, purchase order or full payment must be supplied prior to the scheduled departure. Please ensure correct billing details are shown on purchase orders.
