Visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service Darwin Tourist Facility - Two Iconic Territory Stories in One Iconic Location. This exciting world-class facility features never seen before cutting edge technology – holograms, virtual reality and a projection window of the Japanese air attack on the harbour. Additionally, a decommissioned RFDS Pilatus PC 12 aircraft, completely aero medically equipped, will be accessible to the public as well as a life-sized replica Japanese Zero aircraft suspended from the ceiling.

Offering safe year-round swimming, the Wave Lagoon is open daily from 10am-6pm and is a great spot to cool off, relax or ride a wave. The Wave Lagoon and shallow toddler pools are chlorinated salt water and cover 4,000 square metres with the lagoon depth varying from 2m at the deepest point. Suitable for the whole family, the lagoon creates ten different wave patterns with the highest wave reaching 1.7m.
DARWIN WATERFRONT:
Print your reservation confirmation to redeem at the Wave Lagoon kiosk (within 60 days of purchase) with your photo ID to finalise and receive your activated membership pass.
The purchasers name must be referenced on the membership reservation confirmation.
If more than one membership is purchased (by an individual) the purchaser must redeem all memberships at the same time from the kiosk; one membership must be attached to the purchasers name and personal details of each other card holder must be known.
The Wave lagoon kiosk is open 10am to 6pm seven days a week.
The Darwin Waterfront Membership is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

RFDS:
Customers may purchase a ticket and it will remain valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
TOURISM TOP END:
AMENDMENTS: An amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations after booking confirmation will attract a 12.5% administration fee. Operator cancellation fees are in addition to Tourism Top End's cancellation fee.
INSURANCE: Customers may wish to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and amendment fees.
CREDIT CARD FEES: Credit card fees are not refundable.
REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 14 days, however, in some circumstances, it may take longer.
