Band starts straight after Rodeo finishes.

Entrance for VIP is via Gate 1

Entrance for General Entry is between Gates 1 & 2

EVENT PARKING:

Disabled parking in front of Tavern.

Disability & Carer (companion card will need to be sited)

This is a fully catered event.

Bring chairs or picnic rugs for general entry

Bar available from 3.00pm – 1.00am

Children under the age of 16 MUST be always accompanied by an adult, as this is a licensed premises venue.

Carpark will have Traffic Control in place.

TICKETING NOTES:

- VIP ticket holders are required to be 18 years old or over. Under 18 VIP children must be accompanied by a VIP adult. Included in your ticket price is access to the VIP area providing a premium view of all the action, catering by Brad’s BBQ includes grazing & nibbles table, as well as drinks for duration of the Rodeo approx. 4 hours, RSA & Licensing laws apply.

- Concession pricing applies to Pensioners, Seniors, Tertiary Students, Defence Force personal and government issued health care holders.

- Please present your valid concession card at the entry gate

- Competitors free with a plus one free entry
