COVID19 Business Recovery Plan:
The COVID19 Business Recovery Plan is an additional free resource available through the QTF platform. It is designed as a self-led business development tool which supports businesses to undertake critical thinking on the current situation and recovery options during the various stages of restrictions being lifted.
The Recovery Plan focuses on five key activities:
- Assess the current situation
- Business continuity action plan
- Staff management
- Financial analysis
- Operational recovery
- Marketing and communications
"To be honest, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it was going to be. It was more detailed than the NT Checklist. Doing the module helped us improve on our own Cleaning Plan for the business giving it more detail, like the frequency and areas of cleaning for our vehicle.
